Thank you both for all of the great information you provide! Keziah, you actually did the appraisal for the house we bought recently! You did a great job! We had seen your videos and we recognized you on the appraisal day. At first my husband and I weren't sure if it was you but when we asked each other after we realized it was you. We thought that was so cool because we had already seen you on these local videos we had been watching. Anyway, thank you for all you both do to bring helpful information to new people moving into this awesome area!
Congratulations on your new home!!!! Thank you so much for the kind words it just made our day. We are so happy that you are finding our videos helpful. We hope to see you around. We ran into one of our other viewers the other day and it was so nice to take the time and really talk to him about what he loves and thinks about this area. 🤗
Also, thank you for the kind words about the appraisal. I just love doing both appraising and being a realtor. Can't get enough of homes and helping people, what can I say...It was a pleasure meeting you and your husband. I know you will love your home and living here. If you would like some of our handouts of places to go and things to do shoot us an email and I would be happy to send them over. Look forward to hearing from you.
This was great as i have an uncle who lives there part time and this gave me a good idea of what its like there ❤
Perfect. Thank you for letting us know that it gave you a good idea of what it looks like to live here. I hope he loves living here as much as we do. Hope you are able to visit him.
Very nice community 😁👍🏼
yea great advice but there’s a bunch of homeless people here and when there is festively they’re still there but not too far away
Thank you for your comment. It is helpful for our viewers to hear from more people than just us🙂
Looks really beautiful but houses easily cost 5 times as much as the Midwest! Holy Cow! 🐮
Correct, and Oxnard is one of the more affordable coastal cities. However, our happiness index has gone way up since we moved here. We love being so close to the beach, the weather, all of the activities to do, the people, and the amazing produce. We save money by not having to go on vacation.😊
@@livinginventuracounty1071 - I don’t doubt it. Still it’s a lot more expensive to rent or buy a home there and most just can’t afford it. I’m glad you guys are making it work.
Be careful out there.
Thank you! Oxnard is its own little bubble and we seem to be safe and ok from the fires currently. Thank you for your comment. It means a lot to us.
