One of the main reason why Chinese manufacturers have a higher MOQ than Pakistan and India mostly is because their factories are way bigger. Pakistan and India manufacturers don't have a bigger factorie. If you ask most of them how many workers they have, ones with a lot of workers will tell you, and the ones with fewer workers will deviate from the question but its always good to know this things for the time you want to do a huge mass production you will know who to order from 😊

With Pakistani manufacturers It basically 3 level hungry, middle level and high quality manus. They will negotiate. You can now find china manufacturers with 30 pieces minimum also young gotta kinda know what you’re doing and who to deal with what
