I loved that they had the blue kamehameha and the look of the game and when I first played it the cover was beautiful and so was the style this one had my respect
The only Budokai game I have not played yet. Maybe one day but this game has nothing that makes me want to play it now since Budokai 3 seems just far more appealing and Budokai 1 is something I always desired.
Same, I had Budokai 1 when it was new and skipped Budokai 2 only to end up playing Budokai 3 and the Shin Budokai games. I've always thought about trying it just to say I did and the few exclusive things to the game but heck even HD collection skipped the game too. I'm thinking about emulating it but the incentive isn't there much.
I love that story mode. Its my favorite from all dbz games. I wish we had teen gohan at least for dragon world. Some mods would be good but the modding community just likes to mod tenkaichi3
I hate how it has so much hate. It's my favorite. Dragon World was so charming, along with the music and all of its original and unique aspects. Budokai 1 had the epic reimagining of the story in the battles. Budokai 3 had the superior fighting mechanics. A mix of all three with the original plagiarized music would be great. Personally for me, Dragon World, Training of Budokai 2, story feel of Budokai 1, and the fighting of Budokai 3. The fan mod of Budokai 4 seems awesome though. Infinite World which I finally just got is awful.
Bruh this was the game that introduced me to the Dragon Ball series and instantly made Kid Buu my favorite character. So many memories.☺️

Budokai 2 on gamecube was my first dbz game and my favorite still
I wish it had Budokai 1s graphics and at least a story mode for the buu saga. That would have been great
