I think historically the big British mistake was that the assigning of Jordan to Arabs (Hashemites) and giving Palestine to the Jews should have been simultateous in the same moment. This way, the world would have understood that each got one piece of land--BOTH Arabs and Jews EACH got a separate piece of Ottoman spoils at the same moment. There was no "reconciling" with creating Jordan. Nor should there have been any need for it in creating Israel.

The League of Nations recognised Palestine as a future Palestinian state, not a Jewish one, for the simple reason that the Jews are not a unified race living historically on a specific piece of land, but the Palestinians are. Since the Jews who lived in Palestine were Palestinian Jews, they should have been happy to have been awarded their own state of Palestine.
Incorrect. The San Remo conference 1920 incorporated the Balfour Declaration of 1917. It and Article 22 of the League of Nations were the basic documents upon which the British Mandate for Palestine was based upon. Under the Balfour Declaration, the British government had undertaken to establishment of a national home for the Jewish people in Palestine without prejudice to the civil and religious rights of existing non-Jewish communities in Palestine. Where does it state that a Palestinian state was to be created? The British Mandate of Palestine was for the creation of a Jewish state that took into account the rights of non jews.
The PLO only founded at 1967, the term that you used "Palestinian" only been adopted by the PLO at 1967, before that, the Jews used the term. Once Jews left the term, somehow the PLO took it. And another thing, PLO flag, is very similar to Jordan, you should check Black September, maybe you'll learn why no Arab states want to take refugees from Gaza. Even in the Quran, Muhammad saying several times "Children of Israel" and nothing about Palestine. Learn History, true History from books. Besides it's easy to judge country based on msm that repeats whatever Hamas said, and if you never been in Middle East, come and see for yourself, cause the media only showing you one side.
Please have some respect for history. Israel is entitled in law to the West Bank. There has never been any such thing in law as Palestinian land. There never was a state of Palestine. When the Romans conquered the Jewish kingdom of Judea, destroyed the Jewish temple, and drove the Jews of Judea into exile, the Romans renamed it PALESTINA in an attempt to erase its Jewish identity. When the last colonial occupier of the land the Ottoman Empire fell after the first World War, the international community that carved out the Middle East to create a number of new states and countries kept the name Palestine to describe the territory which was now to be recreated as the homeland of the Jewish people. You can find on the map of this period Jewish Palestine and Arab Palestine. This was cemented at the 1920 Sano conference and given the force of international treaty law by the League of Nations in the 1922 mandate for Palestine. Britain then sliced 75 per cent off this land to create Trans Jordan or what is now known as Jordan. Palestine consists of what is now Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza. To make this quite clear, only the Jews were given the legal rights to settle the land in what is now known as Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza.That right has never been abrogated. The 1922 League of Nations mandate was ratified by the United Nations Charter of 1945, which pledged to uphold the agreement made by its predecessor, the League of Nations. The legally binding principle entitling the Jewish people to settle on all of this land was subsequently further codified in the Vienna convention on the law of treaties of 1969, which confirmed that it included Judea and Samaria ie the West Bank and Gaza. Between 1922 and 1948, "when people refer to the Palestinians, they were referring to the Jews." One reason why the term "occupied Palestinian territories" is a nonsense (Take note ignoramuses) is that "the areas in question were never Palestinian lands but was always legally designated for JEWS ALONE to be entitled to settle." When the UN finally declared the land of Israel, the Arab armies immediately attacked. This was the Israeli/Arab War of 1948 when the Israelis were forced to defend themselves from annihilation. Israel is not in "illegal occupation" of the Palestinian territories. Anyone that says that is "legally illiterate." The Jews are the only people entitled in law to those territories. GET OVER IT!! Where does it state that a Palestinian state was to be created? The British Mandate of Palestine was for the creation of a Jewish state that took into account the rights of non jews.
The PLO only founded at 1967, the term that you used "Palestinian" only been adopted by the PLO at 1967, before that, the Jews used the term. Once Jews left the term, somehow the PLO took it. And another thing, PLO flag, is very similar to Jordan, you should check Black September, maybe you'll learn why no Arab states want to take refugees from Gaza.

Israel is entitled in law to the West Bank. There has never been any such thing in law as Palestinian land. There never was a state of Palestine. When the Romans conquered the Jewish kingdom of Judea, destroyed the Jewish temple, and drove the Jews of Judea into exile, the Romans renamed it PALESTINA in an attempt to erase its Jewish identity. When the last colonial occupier of the land the Ottoman Empire fell after the first World War, the international community that carved out the Middle East to create a number of new states and countries kept the name Palestine to describe the territory which was now to be recreated as the homeland of the Jewish people. You can find on the map of this period Jewish Palestine and Arab Palestine. This was cemented at the 1920 Sano conference and given the force of international treaty law by the League of Nations in the 1922 mandate for Palestine. Britain then sliced 75 per cent off this land to create Trans Jordan or what is now known as Jordan. Palestine consists of what is now Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza. To make this quite clear, only the Jews were given the legal rights to settle the land in what is now known as Israel, the West Bank, and Gaza.That right has never been abrogated. The 1922 League of Nations mandate was ratified by the United Nations Charter of 1945, which pledged to uphold the agreement made by its predecessor, the League of Nations. The legally binding principle entitling the Jewish people to settle on all of this land was subsequently further codified in the Vienna convention on the law of treaties of 1969, which confirmed that it included Judea and Samaria ie the West Bank and Gaza. Between 1922 and 1948, "when people refer to the Palestinians, they were referring to the Jews." One reason why the term "occupied Palestinian territories" is a nonsense (Take note ignoramuses) is that "the areas in question were never Palestinian lands but was always legally designated for JEWS ALONE to be entitled to settle." When the UN finally declared the land of Israel, the Arab armies immediately attacked. This was the Israeli/Arab War of 1948 when the Israelis were forced to defend themselves from annihilation.
Israel is not in "illegal occupation" of the Palestinian territories. Anyone that says that is "legally illiterate." The Jews are the only people entitled in law to those territories. GET OVER IT!!
