Ohhhh Charlotte....I am living for your icicle lights around the living room. I’ve wrapped my stair bannister with sparkly, twinkle lights and it has a similar effect! ✨💞✨ I’ve been teaching a ‘Hygge’ curriculum to my kids for homeschool and I feel like I’m benefitting more than they are...lol. 🤣 So glad to have a new video from you. This was absolutely my favorite Christmas house tour of this year! You have such an eye for detail and this theme puts me over the moon--so festive! so vintage! It gives me all the feels because it reminds me of my grandmom's house as a kid. She loved sparkly and shiny and now I've watched this I realized SO DO I! Also, the aluminum tree totally looks vintage--obsessed! And, yep the clicky sound from the color wheel would be soothing to me, too. You rocked Christmas decor and I wish I could buy a coffee table book with all these details and your explanations. Merry Christmas!
Everything was top Christmas mood 😊 . But I believe that the best Christmas decoration out of everything was the batman figurines with the Santa hats that was adorable 😁 . I didn't have any favourite Christmas decoration but last year I got for my mother a pink flamingo that holds a gift and wears a Santa hat and and a striped red and white scarf for our Christmas tree and I just adore seeing it in her home!!!😊
Totally stopped my decorating to watch yours! Hahahaha! Also...poinsettias are tropical flowers. That poor thing needs to be put by a window so it can get some light. Lol. Everything looks fantastic!

Nate! That’s exactly the reason why regular walk throughs in your favorite thrift shops is a MUST DO (when we can do!) . What a find. Charlotte, although you are finding beautiful new vintage looks, don’t give up on the thrift shop finds in the future. I love the idea that the decor and ornaments were important to someone and being given a new life again. Silly sentimental, right?
"The trick is to put out candy that we really don't like that much." LOL!! When my kids were small, I only kept cinnamon candy & gum in my purse and desk. Guess what? It was always there when I wanted some! Hahhahah!

This was a delight! The tinsel tree with color wheel was part of my Christmas when I was a toddler! The memories that brought back are precious. (BTW, I think the sound coming from the lighted wheel is part of it. LOL At least ours had a distinct sound and I'm sure my dad would have fixed it if it were fix-able!) You are positively gorgeous in the green dress and Christmas brooch. You have so many special treasures and I loved seeing each one but, yes, Nate wins for best thrifted piece. Is it possible for you to do a yearly favorites? Doesn’t have to be just beauty related but overall stuff you loved all year, favorites that got you thru the year. It’s going to be the same ish continuing in 2021 so I think we can always get new ideas to make the next year tolerable
and if ever yr hubby is needing extra cash, these boxes are on ebay for over $300.. plus to ship to me in australia is another $278.. mad.. saw the same thing on the goodwill US site for $10.. some sellers are outrageously greedy :( will continue my search worldwide for one, it is super cool
