It’s all over here in the states. Fever, body aches, sore throat. It comes and goes off and on for over a month!! It’s not a good virus!! Feel better

Cry girl, you are in pain its another way to release, but don't understand why something hasn't been oerscripted like Zink, D3, C, something light severe night quil like we have here, Medimuncil (sp).clears your lungs of flem etc...I'm here for ya focus on kicking this mess, if you need help, shoot me a message. It doesn't bother me this type of vlogging your having to do. I don't care for watching vlogging except for you. It is like having an online family. I have chronic sinus problems use a prescription nasal spray called Flonase which helps clear the sinus thus reducing pressure pain. If they have the over the counter version where you live, you might see if someone can bring you some. I know first hand there is no pain medication for sinus pain.
