    Look at johnny paul is a charater. Thank you God for Ecowas. Nigerian forces expecially Late Abacha may his soul rest in pece he brought lot of armies to our country to see peace rain down there. The govrnments took the entire Brooksfield hotels to lodge all the. Ecowas Abacha brought to freetown. They loved our country the reception was good by then Tejan Kabba did all his best to see our security strong. Some of Us knows the history for the young generations to know things let them too dont come and dwell in the past concerning the war that took place in Sierra Leone. That the reason our able President Maada Bio fought hard and gave the power back to. Late pa Kabba.this video will help the upcoming generations. To know more

      Not necessarily, you may be getting the country mixed up with another. Sierra Leone was one of the few countries that had free and fair elections after independence and little ethnic conflicts. After the rise of their first dictator in the 70s, Siaka Stevens the previously strong institution began to fall apart and by their 90s the growing poverty and discontent led to the first and only conflict which was the Civl war. I wonder what other conflicts you are talking about because there's only been one in Sierra Leone.

    I know people who lived in Sierra Leone and Liberia before the wars…they were the most advanced countries in Africa!

    A single Nigerian regiment of 800 Soldiers that meant business ended the years long Liberian Civil war within hours after landing in Monrovia, just like a single British regiment ended Sierra Leone war within a week after arriving in Freetown and arresting Foday Sankoh.
