I didn't copy anything from anyone, these are just some ideas I would consider dressing up as. It's kinda hard to come up with original costume ideas so you may have seen these elsewhere already but this is just my take on them.

everyone in the youtube community have the same ideas and the same goal which is to help their viewers and that is all she is trying to do, a lot of people have made similar videos even before cloe did, so no one is copying anyone (:
Some people have the same ideas, there is no proof whether they are copying each other or not. Some people have the same costume ideas.
These videos are all over youtube, so i dont think people are copying her. Just because you saw Cloecouture do her video first doesn't mean everyone else who does a video like this is copying her.
A lot of people have made videos like this before Cloe. So no one is copying anyone. :)
Spiritly AJ in a world where other youtubers do "100 costumes" it's hard for them not to be the same. There's tones of youtubers doing these videos and there's absolutely nothing wrong with it 😊
