He does get some good news out.. but then again I see MASSIVE OFFER or SURPTISE INCOMING or MASSIVE NEWS what really gets me is how these Massive offers is thumbnail breaking news. Most of these kids may visit. Specially when your talking about 2026 and 2027 guys. I know he is building a channel..but damn.. Massive news to me is a incoming commit. @@thePGshow_CFB I don't want to get into a pissing contest here.. And you can believe this if you want. My father probably the year Switzer was hired started following OU recruiting.. But here is how he did it.. He spent probably back in those days well over $100 a year possible more in money orders to big newspapers like the Dallas morning news and the Houston chronicle to news papers in Missouri and Kansas far away places like California and Florida. But mainly all the Big 8 states and Texas where Switzer would recruit. Hell he would drag me to the Tulsa library and he would have his roll of dimes and he would copy all state teams out of the newspapers at the downtown Tulsa library. He would spend hours going through the all city and all states teams and cut out the little head shots and hand write the measurables and states. He did this until he passed in the late 80's, You did change the thumb nail to recruiting news.. I didn't hear any real news on a possible REAL commit.. I have rarely seen a Texas to OU flip unless OU was really involved and the kid chose Texas and later changed his mind. This kid was looking at former Texas coach Bo Davis at LSU and Texas was worried he may flip to LSU.. But none of what you said was MASSIVE NEWS. Just the usual Champ BBQ visit stuff.. Brown won't leave Texas high and dry on the D tackles specially after OU got Williams. There are Fans that will watch these massive news videos and I guess they think they did get some massive news. 3 names to watch isn't massive news.. I think that is what several are saying. Hell you have the Horn that is here just for the visit.. Gibson canceled.. That's why MASSIVE news isn't reserved for upcoming OV's because they do often cancel... I think Massive news is someone tipping you off to a commit... I don't know.. I would temper the thumbnails..
I think the fact that OU is now in the SEC will payoff in many ways for these elite recruits. It's a win-win situation.
