For the flickering, There is a setting in display options -> Video mode-> Variable refresh rate. If you leave it on gaming only, it will flicker, so I have it on Always On.
Make sure to check all the ability slots my brotha you missed a bunch of abilities on Tom Brady and just one ability on Jamal Charles
