U need to change the water once a day by using aquarium air pump tube, just change 15% of the water (depends on your water conditions). After a week u can direct transfer them to another basin, just put another basin with water to put beside of your tank and wait for about an hour before u transfer them. (both water will be at same temperature after waiting for an hour). Remember to put chlorine remover every time u change water. Hope this can help you.

Once the fry started to swim then I will feed them egg yolk or baby brine shrimp. (If you feed them with egg yolk, make sure don't over feeding, the water will become cloudy). From 4 - 30 days old (brine shrimp or frozen daphia) From 30 days old onwards (frozen bloodworms, steamed egg or mini pellet).

Do you know when we would be able to give them away or sell them? The online results are rather unclear. Thanks.
That means culling, and selling the ones you don't want. In my opinion you shouldn't cull all but 4 or 5, would be kinda harsh. And it's hard to say which have the best health and survival chance. You could keep five and be left with less healthy ones that die off. It is better to keep too many rather than too little. But you could keep more than that and sell them online without too much trouble.
