Before I started taking the DIY real seriously, I stopped into a couple shops to get some quotes on doing paint correction and ceramic my car Guy tries to tell me they have a two-year, a five-year and a lifetime coating I said how the hell can there be a lifetime coating ? He said it's very good quality. Last the life of the car. This is the kind of overhyped bullshit that is absolutely gutting the legitimacy of the entire detailing industry Oh it's lifetime, if you get your car washed here, if you let us top it off here if if if. So I doom myself to bondage to your detailing shop for every minor car wash to the tune of thousands of dollars. It would be cheaper to throw the car away and buy a new one.
Perhaps "You get what you pay for" may come crashing down if this stuff performs even halfway decently. It would be nice to be able to help DIYers find a gateway into Ceramics and Detailing. Great video as always 🍺
One of the best and easiest coatings i ever tried was carpro lite... it was still going strong when i polished off after a year... this could be very similar ...very interesting
I just received my refund too! No hassle. They did mention that a new version was coming out, but I explained that I wasn't interested. I had not applied the coating yet. Been waiting for information and when I didn't hear anything. I was done with it!
Jimbo is the biggest hypocrite. He was being paid by Turtle Wax as a consultant for YEARS and failed to properly disclose that and yet he continued to post reviews featuring Turtle Wax and other products. I called him out on that and he muted my comment on his channel because he knows he a giant hypocrite. Raved about Turtle Wax for years because they paid him $$ and he illegally did not disclose that in ANY of his videos. If youre paid by brand in ANY fashion, that is considered a sponsorship. Hypocrtical and illegal behavior.
Hey @jamiethecleaner, is this coating slick at all? I didn’t hear you mention the wipe off being noticeably slick or anything. Also how slick/grabby was it to the back of the hand after it cured? I want to buy some 3year No Hype but I dislike grabby coatings.
What is the benefit to the type of flooring that you install in your garage. I see them everywhere... What it their purpose? Seems like all the water and dirt can filter but they will stay in bottom...
not alot of Information on the site. However, I did notice 1 thing. Why is the 1 year coating bottle a dark coated, in this case green. Which I would assume.is there to minimize the sun/uv rays penetrating the bottle, and the 3 year is in a clear bottle? Is the bottle plastic or glass? Example , companies like Vonixx or Nasiol, Apex etc.. Thanks for making this video Jamie😂
@JamieTheCleaner the one tear bottle has a dark green color, and the 3 year is clear, right? wondering why he didn't make both bottles with a dark color to help minimize light entering and degrading the coating. None the less I will have to try this out, thanks!
Any cure time on this before talking the car out in the elements? Really wish we had more like this in Sweden.. Too many brands here releasing subpar products at a too high pricepoint compared to what you get in the US..
Does everyone know these are the exact same as the black rhino coating? The $15 one is black rhino ($76) and the $25 is graph-x ($114). So don’t compare to other $15 coatings they are the real deal and a steal

I got Black Rhino Graph-X on wife’s X3 and top it with their Speed Slick few times a year. Really like them! Gonna have to pick these up

It would protect new trim, or trim that's in good condition. But on trim that's already fading, we suggest our BLACKOUT trim restorer.
