Much of the modeling is already finished and we're now working on refining, optimizing, and importing into the engine. The ship itself is looking stunning and has performed well on max settings on medium-to-low-end systems. We've begun work on the sinking animation, which is one of the last steps for production.

Wonderful work, recreating James Miller's stunning interiors from 'Lusitania'. Writers have commented that she was the 'prettier' of the two sisters, compared with the somewhat 'formal', but grandiose equivalents on 'Mauretania'.
James Miller was a prolific architect and designer in Scotland and much of his work is still available to be enjoyed today. Sadly, two buildings have been lost recently. namely the Scottish College of Commerce in Pitt Street, Glasgow (latterly the Police Headquarters - demolished) and my own local railway station in Troon - partly destroyed by fire last summer. However, as architect for the Caledonian railway, much of his work survives including the extension to Glasgow Central Station, and the stunning Railway Pier Station and landing stage at Wemyss Bay. For examples of his interior designs still in existence and eerily reminiscent of 'Lusitania' the former Anchor Line Headquarters in St. Vincent Place in Glasgow (now The Anchor Line Restaurant) has been very sympathetically restored with the vast majority of the features retained . The similarity is incredible. Another Interior. which makes yo feel yo are on 'Lusitania', literally are the public areas of what was once The Royal Scottish Automobile Club in Blythswood Square in Glasgow, now the Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel. The main foyer is almost unchanged. Miller's most ambitious work, perhaps was when he won the architectural competition for the International Exhibition held in Glasgow in 1901. Sadly the spectacular buildings designed by Miller were temporary and were demolished after the Exhibition closed. This current project on 'Lusitania' is a triumph in progress, and I cannot but agree wholeheartedly with the positive comments and encouragement from all those who have taken the trouble to get in touch.
Glasgow can be proud of its craftsmen and designers. Her birthplace (John Brown & Co.) at Clydebank has gone, but a giant hammerhead crane is still in situ and can be visited and scaled...
Looking forward to seeing the progress of this work - and I would certainly buy whatever becomes available!!
Every success from the land of 'Lusitania's' birth...

Just Amazing. My neighbor when I was a kid came over on this ship when she was a young lady, one of the last trips before the sinking. She passed away in the late 80s. Of course, as a kid, you don't know that you should ask her the questions you would ask today, or ask to see photos. Back then, "oh, that's cool" and run off to kick ball with your friends.

It's a shame the ship's owner Gregg Bemis never got to see this. I was able to meet him in 2015 for the Centennial event in Kinsale and he was so generous with his time and access. He brought me along to a couple events that were for descendants only as well giving me his personal business card if I ever happened to be in his native New Mexico, sadly that never happened. His diver Eoin McGarry was also so generous with his time and was glued to Gregg the entire time. I cannot wait to see the final result of this effort guys, you really are phenominal.

What a stunning preview of the magic you have created in bringing RMS Lusitania back to life! Having followed your phenomenal work for several years, living near Southampton, England after an upbringing in California, and being an avid collector of ocean liner memorabilia, models and paintings, your team's work is a dream brought to life. How you all have captured the exquisite detail of this gorgeous ship, from the carpet designs, chair fabrics and paintings, to the exteriors, machinery, and even the dimples on the metal of the ship's funnels, is exquisite. The light and airy decorative scheme of Lusitania, compared to the darker, rich features of her running mate Mauretania, made her slightly more popular and we can see why. This is similar to what we see today aboard the current Queen Elizabeth and Queen Victoria in the Cunard fleet, where the QE is more light and airy in her Art Deco motif. Even the forward boat deck windows of Lusitania have a distinctly Edwardian craftmanship that Mauretania lacked. Having one of these in the collection, salvaged in 1982 from the Irish Sea, it is a miracle that the glass is still intact, save a large diagonal crack from the trauma of the sinking, degradation of the wreck, and years underwater. Despite this, the beauty is still very much there and something your team have visually resurrected. If you or your team find your way to Southampton, I would be happy to show you around and support your visit. It is a much different, understated, yet extremely rich maritime enthusiast community here. Please keep up the amazing work so we can pass this torch of history to future generations.

Also if you have seen the British movie A NIGHT TO REMEMBER (1958) with the RMS TITANIC. There is a beautiful man's song of NEAR MY GOD TO THEE that was used in that 1958 film, I actually use that 1958 song for the 18 minute sinking of LUSITANIA. And one last thing, there is a wonderful song that I love it's A FLOWER ON THE SEA. It was used for the TV documentary film LOST LINERS (2000). The song A FLOWER ON THE SEA is for the LUSITANIA victims and survivors to this day.

Don't stop. So as an old bloke who knocked around on boats for a year or two, I want to check the bridge, the chart room, the binnacle, the helm and the telegraphs. I want to see inside the forecastle, the anchor chain lockers, the hawse and spurling pipes from below. I want to explore the steering flat and the auxiliary helm. The public areas are great... but show us the her heart and sinews. Show us the stoker's stations and the engine controls. Let me wander through the engineers workshops. And give me VR walkthrough, stem to stem. I'd don't give a tinkers to the human stories. Give me the ship. I'll pay top dollar.

The RMS Lusitania probably has to be my number 1 most favorite ship. Her rounded forward superstructure and the use of skylights, with her dark brown and light brown mahogany has to be one of THE most beautiful interior I’ve ever seen. I would choose the RMS Lusitania over the RMS Titanic. Oh and this definitely may not happen but… will you guys make an “Imperator Virtual Museum Experience”?

Great job you all, I'm a big fan of the ship , the Lusitania, probably more so than the Titanic. Although all the four funnel ships I like. My father who served in world War II saw the Aquitania in New York harbor towards the end of her career. If you remember, the RMS Aquitania serve to about 1950. Keep up the good work. I'll be watching and looking for updates.✔️😉❗

So he left the titanic honor and glory to do a RMS Lousitania purrrr loving it . I actually loved the RMS lousitania grand staircase because it seemed more opened and luxurious.
