When you first join don’t worry about skill worry about learning the rules of the game and the positions I suggest starting in middle (don’t come at me people) because you mainly really assist the strikers and defense but you wouldn’t have to worry about scoring to much and if you screw up it wouldn’t be life or death as it would in defense definitely don’t start as goalie if it’s your first time. Ask o depending on if it’s club or rec depends on your sitting situation if it’s club and your new only expect to play one quarters or even be a sub only but if it’s Rex maybe two quarters

There’s nothing wrong with hair elastics, just don’t do a tight slicked back pony every day and you’re fine
