It is not a real Shan Drum and Dance, and almost none are real Shan folk. They are making a ritual of their worship for a spirit (assumed as god) related with Shan ethnic (nationality). Necessarily such a spirit worship is against the Buddhism though such thoughtless people are holding both spiritualism and Buddhism throughout their life and they think themselves as Buddhists without knowing the reality.
