For the metropolis rope glitch the way i did it was put my hand over the lower thumb part of the ring and it still works u dont have to hit ur controllers to do it

water jumping thingy
zipline boosting (do the boat glitch with ziplines)

Also, there’s a glitch if you go into metropolis and immediately exit, you know it worked because most of city will be just sky unless you walk through it and if you go onto comp there will be two new blocks that you can stand and only you can stand on it, and others can’t see. It takes a couple of tries though.
