add side tab like edge when open not open new tab but just in side

I have some interesting request and i hope you take it with love :
1- add functions to tabs so when we need to close the tab but in the same time keep it in the tab menu like Arc browser
2- can you add also folders as same as Arce and add pin options to it .
3- also change the users functionality so when we move to the second user don't open new window its keep me in the same window and just change the users .
