Tails legit is just hard all of the time because of how bad hitboxes are like you can hit EXE with the fuckin beam and because he ain't directly in the middle of it he will just be like "Nah fam I ain't about that life" and fuck your ass don't even get me started about how bad EXEs attack hitboxes are you can legit swing directly into a Survivor's back and they be like "Huh? must have been the wind" yet sometimes an EXE can hit you from miles a fuckin way this game needs so much work done to be considered actually good is it decent? yes but not good my opinion can't wait for toddler's to get mad at me
I must say on my mobile I hit 2 shots on sonic (playing with tails) but that was a little difficult to hit because sonic jumps to dodge or otherwise but in the video game I don't know how it would be on the pc or on the mobile would have chance to hit tails shot
