Just got to see the autumn atmosphere in New England. Reminds me of the Essays of Thoreau that Henry David Thoreau wrote about the autumn. So I picked it up and read it again.
In part of the article, Thoreau wrote, “The bird's nest in the huckleberry bush. The other trees and bushes were filled with fallen leaves. and many more that fell in the forest Until the squirrel couldn't run after and pick up the fallen nuts without making any noise..."
Thank you "Trout and Coffee" for bringing the beautiful atmosphere of autumn. come to help the imagination It gave me the pleasure of reading Thoreau's writings. original without illustrations I had to imagine autumn leaves in a forest somewhere in my country (Thailand), but when I saw New England. I had to delete the original image completely. because they are completely different New England stuff is truly autumnal and glorious. Thank you.

We rode thru the woods today here in the North Ga. mountains where we live the trees in places were amazing. The dry weather and early frost got rid of lots ,but still found some that were just amazing.

another amazing video... I have an idea of something I'd love to see from you guys... If you put together ~45 second RUclips Shorts--which would be compilations of 1-3 second clips (much like 0:30 - 0:45 of this video!) it would be a great way to deliver bite-sized doses of your channel's magic... brief, dense visual experience of New England autumn... overlay the Shorts with some emotionally engaging upbeat, catchy song (Wagon Wheel sort of thing), and I think it would help pull in an audience that doesn't have the attention span for long videos but still loves/wants the unique feel and flavor of what you guys make. Just a thought... love your guys' content

When you said you were worried about missing the color did you mean missing the peak color or missing the colors in general and all the leaves be either be gone or completely brown because sometimes the foliage can be concerned slightly past peak but still be vibrant and really nice.
So if you miss the peak color by 1 week the colors might still be really awesome depending on how vibrant they were at peak, another week after that though and you’ll likely find that alot of the leaves have fallen or turned brown or turning brown, followed by another week and the show if pretty much over, then another week is stick season.
