Again!, this statement is not true. You cannot get an oui on your own private property based upon intent. You can drive drunk on your own private property if you'd like. If they can prove you drove under the influence in public, then entered your private property, then they can issue an oui. They can most certainly not issue an oui because they think you're going to enter a public way

From what I understand the video evidence is insufficient to proceed with a DUI because it’s not only second hand footage (no indicators of intoxication in the video except poor emotional control) and even if they found her to be sloshed, there’s no way to legally prove she didn’t down a bunch of alcohol in between driving and being approached by the police.
I wonder if there was more they could have done about disorderly conduct perhaps? Public disturbance?

Disgusted by the prejudice these cops displayed against poor Morgan. 1) They never tested the ice cream lady's video to see if it was A.I. doctored or not. 2) They didn't test the ice cream itself for poisonous chemicals that could kill Good children. 3) They allowed a third party to steal a blue Dr. Pepper canister from Morgan's vehicle while she wasn't looking. 4) They waited over two hours before testing the black woman's anger, enough time for her to cool down. 5) They tried to guilt poor Morgan into thinking another person was dying so that she would give a false confession so the officers could "attend" to this mysterious drying person. 6) They refused to view Morgan's permit to live in the parking lot of Cracker Barrel.
