    Great review! This has sealed the deal on the Atlas lift for me. I will use your LED light idea also, makes great sense.

      Thanks Ozzie. Well done. I just ordered this lift and look forward to delivery in six weeks. One question did you get the 110 or 220 motor? And if 110 what size breaker did you install? Thanks, Dennis

    Hey man you did it and your review was posted in the recommended videos of the one on which I read your comment. Very cool. Also agree ability to eyeball fluid and flexibility for pump location are good design (and seem to indicate the lift is well-engineered). Saw another comment that the model has evolved, and that seems like it’s pretty consistent with good/best mfrs and products. If that’s your car “filthy” ....just better yours in a video than mine lol.

    Wow. Great video. I didn't know about car lifts until I saw and video of a two post car lift and thought about how unsafe that was. This looks much safer although I'd probably wanna put some steel reinforcement under the lift as well knowing how extra I am

    I was worried about the lift height hitting the garage door opener, but it looks like it works fine. The led lights are nice under there. This makes me want a lift.

    Great review. What is the exact height of the clear space under your car when raised to the ceiling. I am considering this lift and my ceiling is 8ft 10 inches and I need a minimum of 40 inches. The car on top is a C 7 convertible with a height of 48 inches

    • @Ozzie4Para
      @Ozzie4Para  3 года назад +2

      Here are my details that might help you. The top of my head is roughly 48” tall as I’m sitting in my wheelchair. My garage ceiling is 9 feet. My Camaro was a 2016 so you can Google how tall the top of those cars are. I was able to lift my car high enough and roll around underneath my car without any issues. So I’d think you could get your minimum of 40” clearance going by what I just said. I’m pretty sure a C7 Vette can be any taller than a 2016 Camaro in ceiling height.

    One more question about how long of the 110v plug do they give you to reach a plug

    • @Ozzie4Para
      @Ozzie4Para  4 года назад

      Howell’s Lawn Care they don’t give you a cord at all. You can pick one up from your local Lowe’s or Home Depot for pretty cheap.

  • @ss454gm
    @ss454gm 4 года назад +1

    Looks good I’m thinking about the same lift it’s just 110v hookup ain’t it and did you have to set it up on a big breaker?

    • @Ozzie4Para
      @Ozzie4Para  4 года назад +1

      Technically it can work with a 15A breaker but most people like myself put it on a 20A breaker. But I’m pretty sure you’ll be fine with 15A. Just try not to run anything else on that circuit while you’re running the lift’s pump.

    • @ss454gm
      @ss454gm 4 года назад

      Ozzie Alarcon yea all my plug outlets I went with 20 amps in the shop so this is just a 110v plug ain’t it so you can plug it into the outlet

      @@manny6584 ok have fun! Just saying it's much safer to have a fully closed pocket knife then a half open pocket knife. It's much safer to have those locks already in place then trusting that they will fall into place if the damn thing falls. Even the manufacturer recommends that you set the locks in place. But you go have at it since mechanical malfunctions never happen.

    • @manny6584

      @@robbjerls2252 the knife analogie is probably not a good one. It's a lot safer to both those things to the floor but a lot of people don't do that either. I agree with you buy was just saying, the odds of all four locks not falling into place is probably slim.
