I’m absolutely loving the black/white designs. You made me smile when you were telling the clay to stay. My dog thought you were speaking to her lol. I’ve just ordered myself some round cookie cutters along with acupuncture needles 😉
I remember you teaching me this at Polymania in Bristol several years ago Donna! 😊 It's nice to have a permanent reminder of the techniques you shared then! ❤
thank you sooooo sooooo much! You are always so generous am I am so very grateful. the tiny hints like turning your clay over and using water or ArmorAll on your blade are so helpful!
I have found so many goodies for clay at Costco Business locations. Those paper squares are my favorite among a few other "food service" accessories. ☺️ Thanks for another fantastic tutorial. 😊 I love the lopsided circles.
Absolutely enjoyed this! I just wish there was someway I could see the tutorials in order because they are such great building blocks of information and techniques.
Thank you for reminding it’s not a race! I hear your voice in my head when I just want to man handle clay into place or think ‘I won’t trim too much 😳’. Thanks for the tip on flipping. PS. Maybe Vernon could put those rulers or similar on the site. Hinting…
@@DonnaKatoArt lol thanks! I got 2 just in case. I’m not sure how I missed them!!!!!!! Just did an order but of course had to grab a few 12.5 bars. For some reason I am digging mixing right now 🤷🏻♀️
Robbie, Lol. I am the prairiecraft shipping dept! Now, I wrapped the rulers and packed them with the clay in An padded envelope. I think i did a good job but if they are damaged please email me dkkato@gmail.com and I will get them out immediately. ❤️
I enjoy all your tutorials; however, l like this type of presentation the best. Wondering, is there a special reason you use the brass tube instead of an acrylic roller?
I had never thought of turning my clay over after I cut it. You said you had some more of those rulers, maybe you could put one on the opposite side to hold your clay down when you cut it so it won't pull it up. Thank you for sharing. I haven't seen The Polka Dot video. Where do I find it?
You are SUCH great teacher. Thank you❣️
I have been watching on the big screen! And I need to come back and hit the like button!!! No worries! I will!!!
Thank you, Dar! I think the bog screen might be scary….!

Hi, this popped up. You mentioned a couple times the white is soft. Can you put it in the fridge to stiffen it? Thanks.
I haven’t really felt the need to do that. I think I did it once and the clay got sticky. It was a long time ago! D
Do you ever leach your clay when it is too soft?
