You have login and check your application online. If possible do the correction your side. If not you can go to passport office and check whether they can do their side can do correction or not. If they said can not do the correction means. You have to start fresh application.

Name: your name only, no initials
Sur name: your fathers name only, no initials
If your father's full name is "kuduthurukan raje" means you can inform to the passport officer they will do the correction on your day of appointment.

It's not correct, In the passport office you can inform to them that birth date is wrongly entered. They will change as per Aadhaar card or Birth certificate.

You have login and check your application online. If possible do the correction your side. If not you can go to passport office and check whether they can do their side can do correction or not.
