- AI Designed My Nails 😳 Wow
In this video I will asked AI to choose the design for my nails.
There were many options and I think I picked one of the most challenging ones.
What do you think, how did I do?

I liked them better without the chrome but they're still very pretty. The thing I'd do differently - I'd use milky white for the nail bed area as well and then apply glitter or crushed shell on top, then seal it with clear and use transparent crome (pinkish or bluish color, like the one used for the famous glazed donut nails). Some parts of the nails I'd definitely paint with dry brush.
So well said. and the nails she made are beautiful.
also i feel the nail had more blue paint in them. That's the part on the picture I really liked 😊
the chrome part might be pearl powder since that is also shiny like chrome powder but transparent!
I think it looks like they used transfer foil, you know the one that looks like an oil slick, or maybe some angel paper. But the result of your nails turned out great! They're so pretty 😍 Btw, the russian trees you were talking about, I think we have them here in Sweden as well, because they look like birch trees. If it is birch trees, there are plenty of them here too, it's very common to have a birch pollen allergy here in Sweden. I have it, it's so hard in the spring and summer when they bloom, my eyes and nose get soo itchy and runny 🤧😫
you could get some semi iridescent foils and crumble them to make them wrinkly and give them a refracted effect giving it some kind of dimension, maybe layer different kinds.
To me, the chrome powder looks almost like one of those white pearl powders? The rest of the picture reminds me of Korean nail art looks with the aurora foil inlays and powder on top, with maybe white obre inside the inlay on some of the nails. But I like the flakes you used too! Where did you get them? 🥺
I agree, it looks like what people call iridescent, pearl, mermaid powder, not silver chrome. Just that the light is hitting it. A lot of people call this "chrome" too so i think the AI can get confused on this point.
I knew this was going to be funny because it's so bad at hands 😂 some of the photos had 5 fingers instead 4 +thumb. It's a cool idea though for inspo!
Those art results are so wacky! SUPER realistic looking... but then the nails curve and all different shapes and lengths XD What a trip! Your nails turned out beautifully. So unique looking. I've been on the fence with AI art (I am a traditional artist, and tbh I feel threatened), but using it to generate ideas is a really healthy way to look at it!
😄
Maybe a chrome powder would've worked better than the chrome paint
AI generated images (i see this in AI art too) always seems to struggle with fingers 😂 it started out fine except the nail shape and it got weirder and weirder as it went on. But I like the thought of using it to generate nail design ideas. this was a fun video!
Aura, aurora, mermaid powder (all pretty much the same thing) could be used to get the shimmer effect. I like your design better than the AI. Also, in love with your jacket, necklace and earrings!! Not a fan of Emily Susanah.
Why not?
The AI doesn't understand "almond shaped" and so it's giving you weird designs with almonds in it, lol.
I personally dont support ai art, but you made amazing nails! Congrats on your appartment also!!!
Hey Anastasia. Love your vids and keep going. You are doing amazing work!
Yours look amazing!!💜💖💜
Yeah I liked this video too!!
Thank you ! 😘
I find those AI images terrifying. I don't know why.
It's because of the uncanny Valley effect. It looks realistic, but is off enough for your brain to register it, which causes you to feel uncomfortable/scared
Super fun idea for a video and I love how the nails turned out! Maybe if you used an irradescent chrome powder instead of the silver chrome liquid it would have been a bit more transparent but still it turned out super cool! Love your videos!
👍 I like them with or without the chrome, both options are great!
What a cool idea! The AI needs to work on its application and filing technique, though😁 Maybe you could have gotten a better effect by using the iridescent aurora chrome powder/liquid over milky white gel? Same as in the "glazed doughnuts" 😉
Thanks Elinda! Hmm.. that’s an idea 💡! Need to try it 😁
@@Nailcou 🥰👍
Semi transparent chrome:
Option 1: Dilute Liquid Chrome
Option 2: Powder- Wipe Areas With Alcohol (if done as gentle swipe, will not take all chrome)
Option 3: Buff Powder Chrome off a bit with a High Density Makeup Sponge. (Can *slightly* moisten with Alcohol.. like you can barely feel it is wet)
Option 4: Mix small amounts of chrome powder in Alcohol, or clear gel (more dimensional)
You did great. Maybe thinning the Crome out with alcohol would make it more transparent. What do you think.
It’s the balloon fingers for me! Oh man! So weird! 4:53
So I don't understand why you used the liquid chrome when a shimmer powder would have given more of the effect you wanted and I watch you make videos all the time and I love how good you are at what you do. So it did kind of bother me that you chose that option and thought it was the best option because you know that it wasn't the best option and you had other options available and you chose that one... Like I'm really tempted to redo these nails and do them how you should have done them and how you know you could have done them and it would have given you the effect that it showed. So it just is very confusing why you didn't like. I know we all have off days but like why did you do that? You ruined them with that chrome liquid and you just like settled for it you're like. Yeah, it's fine. No, you should have taken it off and reapplied it with something else. Like the mermaid shimmer powders that would have given you the exact effect you were looking for. Okay rant over. Love your work. Keep doing it. Keep being amazing
I know nothing about nails but I love watching videos so I was thinking, maybe you could use the technique that some use when they put liquid between nails? Like with a transparent on the top ( it's too late and I forgot the name. Also English is not my first language, so hope you can understand me) lol
I can't remember who it was but for the transparent looking chrome at the top could do top coat mixed with black gel polish ...I know it's not chrome but I looked that color by the cuticle....still gorgeous though how you did it!!
I love these but I think an iridescent power would’ve given a closer effect. Still beautiful though!
I've gotten a similar result to what you are looking for using mica powders as a chrome
The only chromes I've seen like the inspo pic are from Japan and Korea. They have transparent chromes, but I can't remember what they're called.
I think I would have put the chrome on first and then apply the glitter and/or flakes. Overall I think you did great and it looks pretty like it to me
That's a chrome? It looks like silver nail polish🙄 A powder chrome might have worked better.
Love them! You could use Aurora powder, it is like chrome but sheer. Also, can we have a link for the color flakes you used? 🤗
The end result looks amazing and I don't blame you at all for leaving the thumb as it was because it was so pretty! I'm so happy you shared this way of looking for nail inspo! I struggle with coming up with my own designs frequently and I hate to just copy what others have done so I can definitely see myself using this tool a lot in the future! 😘😘😘
Edit - would you be willing to share the name of the AI image generator you used please?
I was thinking of using cellophane like you would for reflective nails to give you the semi opaque effect.
Anastasia what are your favorite brands for rubber base, builder gel? Is there a link to your favorite products anywhere? I only trust you lol
I love watching you do creative designs on yourself ☺️
Maybe you could mix some of the chrome polish with clear polish. I would use a little more clear and slowly add the chrome until it is the consistency that you want.
I don't appreciate the click bait .... but the nails are super pretty ❤
Beautifully done as always Anastasia, 😘👌 Blessings from Scotland. 🙏🏴🌹
They turned out great but your thumb is my personal favorite. I like seeing the glitter ✨
I think using the mermaid or unicorn chrome powder would have given a more transparent look.
I thought you would use the liquid chrome from your most recent video arent they transparent?
Maybe an aurora chrome would be more see through? Or maybe combining the chrome you had with some base coat polish to thin it out?
I agree. Without the chrome is very pretty. I would stop there too!
I want to take your efile class. I’m not a nail tech. Would you recommend it for someone like me?
I think it came out really pretty. I love it without the chrome too.
I love that beautiful sad I would give anything to be able to have you do my nails. ❣️
Do you think you could have mixed the chrome with clear to make it more transparent?? i think emily also has a vid mixing airdry with gel to get a curable polish too. 💜💛🧡💜
I love this video. So different. Thank you
To me the chrome looked a bit more like the white doughnut nail chrome, or pearlescent-ish with a touch of silver. I would try mixing a silver chrome powder with a doughnut chrome powder. The nails looked really cool.😊
Interesting video, but I hate AI. sorry Anastasia 😂
Maybe try a pearl rub over the top instead of the chrome polish
I liked it more without the “chrome”. But they were still beautiful
Could you mix the chrome with a clear top coat or something to thin it out?
Interesting idea for a video 👌 tbh I liked the nail best without the silver chrome but they still turned out better than the AI generated photo
These "traditional Russian trees" are birch trees, they are everywhere in Maine.
Thanks 😊
Dynamic nail supply has iridescent liquid chrome set. It's very transparent.
Thanks for the tip!
Magnetic silver polish
Hi Anastasia great tutorial, can you tell me what the link/app for this please I'm really interested in trying it 😊
Hi Anastasia I've received a message that I need to contact you through telegram as I've been selected in your draw. Is this a genuine message?
Love it! This is a fun video. I need to try AI nails for myself
I liked it more without the chrome lol
could it be pearl chrome?
AI really gives me the creeps. 😂 x
How do we get Emily to see this !
Your nail work is always absolutely beautiful 💐💐
Hahahaha the comparison to the trees? Priceless!
Has anyone seen the tarot based nail cards?! They look so cool and a super fun way to choose nail designs!
I would love to see more creators trying them aswell as the AI option ☺️
I love them!!
Beautiful!!!!
So pretty
I love this set! It looks like Queen Elsa nails!
Yay she's back and we miss you so much 🤗💕
❤️
White Burch trees!! They are pretty!
Right, I forgot the name 😂 Burch trees. Thanks!
Wow, those look great! I love those flakes!
Anastasia!! Did you email me? Did I win!?
I received an email from you... is it really you? Lol I don't have the app you wanted me to use.
#notificationsquad is here 💜💖💜
Yay!
I saw emily susanah's video, too! It's so neat the things the computer generates. I loved watching, and I think you did a great job, Anastasia 😍🩵
Thank you ! 😘
