400 Tons/Hour Capacity Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant
The stationary crushing and screening plant consists of a 40m3 vibrating feeding bunker, a wobbler feeder, a CLK-110 jaw crusher, an impact crusher, tunnel systems, stock and return conveyor belts, stock bunkers, a control cabin, and an automation system.
The products transferred to the feeding bunker are separated from the dirt and mud in the first stage of double-stage wobbler feeder and bypassed with the bypass belt. In the second stage of wobbler feeder, the products smaller than the crushing size of the jaw crusher and suitable for the stocking are sent to the stock area by the transfer belt.
The jaw crusher is the number one solution fort he crushing process of the products cleaned in the wobbler feeder. The jaw crusher, with the maximum feeding capacity of 800 mm, crushes the products and sends them to the first vibrating screen.
Products are classified on the first vibrating screen into sizes of 0-40 mm and 40-90 mm and then sent to the stock area. Products larger than 90 mm are transferred to the tunnel system to be sent to the secondary crushing and screening plant.
The products transferred to the tunnel system are sent to the 12-13-S impact crusher via the conveyor transfer belt. The products crushed in the impact crusher are separated into 0-5mm, 5-12mm, 12-19mm, and 19-25mm by the vibrating screen, and sent to the stock area. Those larger than 25 mm are transferred to the 12-13-T impact crusher for re-crushing process.
Products stored in the stock area are transferred via the tunnel system to the vibrating pan feeder as needed. The vibrating pan feeder transfers the products to the stock bunkers with a transfer conveyor. Here, the products are kept ready to be loaded onto trucks.
The stationary crushing and screening plant is controlled from 3 different automation panels. All equipment of the plant can be commissioned and operated from the control panel.

Sabit konkasör tesisi 40 m³ titreşimli besleme bunkeri, wobbler besleyici, CLK-110 çeneli kırıcı, darbeli kırıcı, tünel sistemleri, stok ve geri dönüş bantları, stok bunkerleri, kontrol kabini ve otomasyon sisteminden oluşmaktadır.
Besleme bunkerine aktarılan ürünler çift kademeli wobbler besleyicinin ilk kademesinde ürünler kir ve çamurdan ayrıştırılır ve bypass bandı ile bypass edilir. Wobbler besleyicinin ikinci kademesinde ise çeneli kırıcının kırma boyutundan ufak ve stoklanmak için uygun boyutta olan ürünler transfer bandı ile stok alanına gönderilir.
Çeneli kırıcı wobbler besleyicide temizlenen ürünleri kırma işlemi için bir numaralı çözümdür. 800 mm maksimum besleme özelliğine sahip olan çeneli kırıcı ürünleri kırar ve 1. titreşimli eleğe gönderir.
1.Titreşimli elekte ürünler 0-40 mm, 40-90 mm boyutlarında ayrıştırılır ve stok alanına gönderilir. 90 mm boyutunun üzerindeki ürünler ise sekonder kırma eleme tesisine gönderilmek üzere tünel sistemine aktarılır.
Tünel sistemine aktarılan ürünler transfer bandı ile 12-13 S darbeli kırıcıya gönderilir. Darbeli kırıcıda kırılan ürünler titreşimli elek ile 05-mm, 5-12 mm 12-19 mm 19-25 mm boyutlarında ayrıştırılır ve stok alanına gönderilir. 25 mm boyutundan büyük olan ürünler tekrardan kırma işlemi için 12-13-T darbeli kırıcıya aktarılır. Darbeli kırıcıda kırma işleminin ardından ürünler tekrar titreşimli eleğe gider, farklı boyutlarda ayrıştırılır ve stok alanına gönderilir.
Stok alanında depolanan ürünler ihtiyaca göre tünel sisteminden geçerek pan besleyicide aktarılır. Titreşimli pan besleyici ürünleri transfer bandı ile stok bunkerlerine aktarır. Burada ürünler kamyonlara yüklenmek için hazır olarak bekletilir.
Sabit kırma eleme tesisi 3 farklı otomasyon panosundan kontrol edilir. Tesisin tüm ekipmanları kontrol panosundan devreye alınıp çalıştırılabilir.
