An the flag comment is not necessarily true some of the islands usually have alot of flags waving its nothing new. Alot of people are stopping the cultural practices and alot died
To much diabetes and high blood pressure, that crowd so half dead and sickening. They came alive at the end a bit, still half dead compared to the days Fayan referenced. Good times.
Greats show lol 😆 I think sometimes we get ahead of ourselves a bit 😅 Great 👍🏾 shows but I don't know about the best shows in the world now come on lol 😅
@@Gorganahfikark country yes population of 2 million .Plus others coming in I've been looking alot of fetes alot came out to enjoy and celebrate so very successful in my books but I wouldn't go as far a say the best show in the world.. Great enjoyment it's alot of other bigger carnival like Brazil, Colombia, Argentina ect and some of those European countries are huge with carnival for years but no recognition to them. Go loo at the world biggest carnivals an you'll see.
@@Gorganahfikark alot of us in the other islands don't have much platform so I would say trinidard carnival was successful. The other carnivals like grenada and saint vincent a little bit wilder with power soca but trini always do well because the population, neighboring south America and others from trinidard and other neighboring islands visiting for the event so in my opinion very successful 👍🏾
The other carnivals were like that all the time media is just bringing it out so alot of others are seeing but listen trini carnival always good. It's just he other counties have artists who are being more recognized now.

But now, in school the children are thought to form lyrics for calypso, the costumes has meaning and is just not feathers. Most of all there countries are mostly African,so they dont have to water down their carnival because of multiculturalism that has swept Trinidad clean.
