My favorite thing about the track is Ellis' solo, especially at 3:14- 3:17. The guitar "screaming" perfectly depicts Viego's mindset, howling through pain and fire in order to establish something new in the world of Pentakill...even if it means ruining the whole world in the process.
When my friends and I first did our first listen through the new album they said this particular song had a bit of Animals as Leaders in it, then I showed them this video of Tre Watson playing on an Abasi and it all clicked for them.

I've listened to this half a dozen times in a row. I absolutely love it! Two months later, although all three pentakill albums are in my VLC library. This is only the second track to make my general league music video playlist on youtube. And I'm about to add multiple copies of it in there so it will play three to five times in a row. This recording has ruined the full version with lyrics for me. Lyrics actually dilute this beautiful piece of art. The instruments sing beautifully with the souls of the musicians who created and poured themselves into it. As a drummer, the feel of the groove and passion of the players is what makes music speak to me. Lyrics are a great thing as well. But some songs are simply amazing with only the voices of the instruments. And this is definitely one of them.

Bro... lately I became a fan of Prog metal and had been wishing for Pentakill to add some of prog to their new stuff, and god they did!!! (more like you did). Thanks for your talent man, I didn't like Pentakill before (kind of an elitist don't judge me) althought I didn't think they were bad. But now that this is here daaaaaaaamn, full of groove and technicality!
