It's probably programmed by the Tokyo Dome people or the ones who organized it. I don't think if you had the real lightwatch you could control it... just turn it on and pearl aqua would be the only color.
This wasn't a fan event, the lightsticks were controlled by staff, so they most probably knew The fans prepared something else though Throughout the song 'Love', some of the fans turned off their pearlescent aqua green fanlight watches and instead raised yellow banners to form a message that spanned the length of the stadium. The words, "THANK U SHINee" was spelled out with the banners. (it spelled 'WE LOVE SHINEE' the second day.)
