Cole, you squealed like a little girl when you saw that mouse. Thank you for that LMFAO
It was kinda comical, but he didn't really squeal. I would have 😂
I would have jumped ship!
Could we consider that squeal the song of the day? Brian was too distracted to talk to us. 😂
😂😂😂😂😂
I had just had my cat drop a mouse in the laundry near me not 5 minutes before this
It’s been interesting to see the relationship develop between Ellie and the new (and might I add, adorable!) puppy. From my perspective, Ellie was a little resentful and confused at first. Then it evolved to ‘slightly’ tolerant! Then moved on to more tolerant…and finally to some degree of acceptance and ‘hey, this is kinda fun playing with this little usurper’… !!!!
That opening scene with the little calf taking off to go milk. I almost spit out my diet Coke that was hysterical he was up on his hind legs running. Hungry there little buddy? Lmao 🤣😂
Always good to see Uncle Jeff.
Great too see Uncle Jeff, we miss him.
Rain, planting started, grain prices climbing, good health, beautiful wives, healthy cattle, happy calves, beautiful pups, beef, green tractors, new land...... The Lord has truly blessed you and.Dad. God Bless. Great video.
Ooops sorry.... I came back 'cause I didn't remember if I clicked the "I appreciate ya" button.... and...... I didn't ... whew ! .. liked now.... thanks Cole !
Thanks Cole and Brian love farming and Cole put cat in tractor Cab .
We call it flat as a flitter down here in Texas!!
A person can forget about a lot of worries, just watching pups play. 🙂
What a difference seeing how green your place is compared to last year.
Thank you Sonne farms!!!
Best laugh of the week was when you squealed when you saw the mouse.
Awesome video Cole. 🚜🚜🚜
Nice, you all got to do some planting! As a bonus the prices of corn went up and you got to sell some at a better price. Good luck on the rest of the planting. Thanks and have a good weekend!
You crack me up sometimes Cole. I love your description of the flat tyre - “flat as a something that’s really flat”
Great job seeding corn Brian
Hi to all three of you guys it is good to see Jeff still working hard
Great video Cole and Brian
I can remember those days when it was overcast and I thought there is no way this hay is going to go or if the ground where we were planting alfalfa was way sticky would go but just alittle wind and it sure would surprise you ! Y'all takecare Cole and Brian.
Yes sir racing the weather. My brother had a mouse shoot up his pant leg when we had been burning a field. Always funny when it happens to someone else.
Flat as...something that's really flat! lol Very descriptive! I had an image form in my head of something...very flat. Don't know what it was, but BOY was it flat!
So HAPPY to hear Corn & Beans are on the upswing... That is GREAT NEWS...
Please be Safe in the lightning Cole & Brian...
You BOTH are irreplaceable ...
GBY BOTH & your Beautiful Families 🙏❤️💙💖💙🐕🐕...💙🤗✝️
The Dakota winds, gotta love it. Great video, guys.
I would have jumped ship!
good to see you get rain
Look at that lush Ish black earth!
camera angles the famous Hollywood cameramen would envy !
Good job getting planting season started.🤞 It would be helpful to get Sonny a metal feeding bowl, and some chew toys. That plastic could really hurt his intestines.🤗
planting day is here i always enjoy you guys planting
Good to see you guys getting back in the ground!!
Another great day at SONNE Farms. Loved watching the pups at play! Glad to see planting going well!
I hate the wind about as much as I hate mosquitos.
on the bright side you usually have one or the other and not both
You have shown a number of good shots of your folks & your house. I notice they are very similar in looks & same color. I see your folks house has 2 peaks on the 1 side. The peaks have a window in each peak. Are they windows to bedrooms that could possibly up there? Or are they just something added peaks with windows to jazz up the look of the house? You ?& Tiff's house does not have these. I think you have mentioned your house was your cousins Kenny's house. Now the big question-- did you have to build new houses the year you had the bad tornados go thru & destroy a lot of your barns & grain bines? I am a curious cat, & the 2 houses being so close in shape & design and knowing they don't look like houses that were built back when your folks were newly weds. Since it is May 20th & the second time I have watched this video I decided to get the answer to my curiosity. I may have the cousin Kenny part mixed up with another comment you made Cole. I really do like the way your houses look.
You guys are battling the complete opposite of the local guys up here in the PNW here the dust is flying as the farms are planting silage corn and waiting on rain.
good luck with the new land cole great video
I ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO COLE AND BRIAN 😊
Thanks for another action packed video!
I really like watching your videos .
Just good ol' everyday farm work
You get fields in two types: sticky or bone dry. Your choice.
Yay for seeds in the ground!!!!
That little foster calf knows his routine for sure, get her !! Water in the ditches👍👍. Thanks!
Thanks for another great video Cole.
It was interesting and enjoyable video Cole.
Sonny is sure growing. The two dogs play real good together. Sonny really chewed up his food dish. That is a puppy for you.
Cole you screamed when that mouse ran across your foot. Yikes!!!!!! Plug that hole in the cab now with something. Mouse up a pant leg is not fun. Been there shelling corn once.
Glad your dad got 120 acres planted. Will make you both feel better having that done for a start. Hang in there.
Nice to get some rain also.
About it I guess. You take care. Thanks for everything.
The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Glad you are getting that bottle fed calf a new mom. I hope she calms down for you. Kind of hard to work with.
I enjoy seeing the dirt change to a healthy dark color from tiling it, it sure is nice to see that you're getting the rain, now Praying for some sunshine so you can get the planting done...
Hope that cow changes her mind..
Thanks for the Saturday morning entertainment ! 👍
Peppermint works great to keep mice away. I use it by soaking a cotton ball then putting it in a plastic baggie. Give peppermint a research. It's pretty good stuff.
Looks like Ellie enjoys Sonny great video
Good luck Cole on planting God bless.
Thanks 👍
What this channel needs is more cow bell.
yes, it looks like you're going to have rain like you didn't get it last year
from Sunday and in week 21 you will get a lot of rain☔☔☔🌦🌧🌨
Great video guys always great to see Jeff in the videos
AWESOME video you two. Thank y'all so much. Glad you got 120 acres planted before the rain.. Its been raining here for 3 days so far.Great to see uncle Jeff..thank you guys
Is the drouth officially over when Jeff gets a tractor stuck in the mud?🤔😂😂😂
Next few months will be the drought test for sure.
It is amazing to see how it went from devastatingly dry to having to turn the land to dry it enough for seeding. Not really a bad thing compared to the alternative. This week’s crop report said about 30 % of the seed is in the ground. Cool wet and cloudy all around, snow on the May Long weekend is not that unusual around here with tonights low only 2 degrees above freezing.
Thanks and GOD BLESS 😀
Busy, Busy, Busy time of the year
God is on your side , boys. I always knew that.
we are blessed
@@briansonne814 I’ve never seen another family that deserved God’s blessing more than the Sonne family . I’m sure that you had your reservations about Cole taking up that camera, sir, but the joy and knowledge that you have shared with hundreds of thousands of people is overwhelming . I feel that we are the benefactors of that sharing, and I would like to thank you sir, for putting up with his youthful ambition . Oh, don’t forget about the song of the day.
cole that same thing happened to me a mouse was running around in a tractor i was driving it was a big mouse. hope you guys get more planting done you guys have a ton of wind it looks like here in Nebraska we are getting a lot of wind its bad wind to hope you guys have a nice day.
NEED 7 STRANDS OF BARB WIRE FENCE!
Awesome Video and Much Love as Always 🌞 Farms!!!
Hey Cole we recommend putting ground clove in coffee filter (staple shut) and put them in the cab or wherever you want to keep mice out of- it really works! We have them inside our camping trailer and have never had a problem with mice 👌
That wind has been brutal going across South Dakota for a few weeks now. Hopefully it will settle down for a while.. my shoulders have been getting tired holding that steering wheel of my Semi.
The wrap blowing on the corn seed looked like a runaway bride!
Timing is everything thanks for sharing
perhaps some bovine valium would be useful.
thanks for the video !
1) Shirt sizes for you 2? Plan to send ya some.
2) Do you ever add pellets to your TMR?
3) Have you explained feed lot cattle verses the pasture cattle? Pairs on pasture?
2xl and medium we are adding pellets to tmr for replacement heifers thanks
Cole you need to invest in one of those 700 Hp Case quad tracks for your equipment start.
Got it done before the rains came down… so good job Cole and Brian
Thanks 😊
Never a dull moment on Sonne Farms!
Another good one.
Nice kite-flying weather you get there in SD! And there are no flies on you!
awsome video cole thumbs up and shared
The wind reminds me of the years we lived in Iowa. Great content! Take care...
A good metaphor for "This tire is flat as...the slopes of Mount Vernon".
thank you
I'm always amazed at the Color of Your Fields !!
I'm born-n-raised in Alabama
the Home of RED Clay !
I did live in California for a while (early '80s) and actually Got to See Dirt Like That !!
... was AMAZING to an Old Country Boy like me ... 😅
"as flat as something that is flat" 😂
So happy to see mud!!😊
G’job guys 🇺🇸
Enjoyed.
Liking Sunny, he needs some stainless bowls so he doesn’t eat plastic and need surgery or die . You need One Bite in your tractors to kill the mice, just don’t let the dogs or cats near it.Mice can do tons of damage to wiring on machinery.
All good!
Get that mouse out of your cab,10 cent mouse on $1000 of soy-based wire coatings,,,GLUE traps and peanut butter should do it
Peanut butter spread on a piece of marshmallow nails those little buggers every time. 😎
We have high winds up here in northern British Columbia and Alberta very little rain. Oh and our fires are back again Hole towns on evacuation. I wish we could get your rain
Poor puppy, gotta have some king Kong type "toy" (to teeth on & play with). He'll be cutting in his permanent teeth, he'll chew on anything even fence posts, shoes, boots, you name it. Otherwise he'll keep chewing on the plastic food bowl, potentially ingesting plastic pieces can lead to expensive vet visits. Best kibble bowl is stainless steel, he can't destroy that. Congratulations for the beautiful and sweet Corgi. ❤
Leave a baited mousetrap in the cab.
I recently had a mouse scurry up my leg and scratch me just at the knee (I think he lost traction). Even I didn't squeal like a girl, Cole. LOL
Screamed like a little girl!
Take hart Johnny Bravo hair season is coming.😂
Song of the Day, Who made who by ACDC
Its amazing that youcan see the weather that far away! In East TN, we are lucky to get a quarter mile without a mountain in the way, unless you are in West Knoxville! Lol
Them boys WORKING today!!!!
Just watched a video on the DJI T50. drone sprayer, that should be an item you can use.
You go Cole!! Get get it!
COLE WHAT ARE YOU DOING GIVE THE PUP A METAL BOWEL!!😅😅😅
You should have enough rain so you don't have to cut ditch hay this year 😊
Sometimes when it's planting time, close has to be close enough.
The bad news is you got your conveyer all dirty again, but, the good news is you still have corn to sell!!
Great vidio
Nice video
Thanks
Cole, take sweet cornbread mix, baking soda, mix 50/50. take a plastic container, such as a flat Tupperware container, cut a round hole large enough for a mouse to enter . The mice eat the mixture and die. do not use in your house. I have had GREAT success with this. Hope it works for you.
Just put a sticky trap in there & next time you get in the tractor you can step on it, like I did the other day. It took me 15 minutes to get it off.😂
