- good evening/day/night !!! I finished this cover earlier! Today went so quickly for me as I have been working on this haha
I was hesitant to make a cover of Hibana; because someone else did it with Miku solid right as I was about to start but since a tuning contest came up with the theme of Deco*27, I took my chance and made this! ♥
Also, I promise I will make covers with my other voicebanks soon!! I've been doing a loooot of contest covers recently so I've stuck to what I know best which is, take a guess, miku solid!!

The tuning is breathtaking, although the only critique is some growl placements. I feel like in this song the growl shouldn't be used too much, but the usage of it on consonants is perfect and hits the sweet spot perfectly.
Agreed. The growl is more for Teto ^_^

And because Teto is better suited for growl. Miku is more smooth and cute ^_^
@@Kirby-Krios technically correct. Depends on how it’s used. The best Vocaloid to use growl on is VY1 because it sounds the most natural on her. Miku can sound good with a growl too, but it’s very much more situational, at least outside of her Solid append which can take more of it. Additionally, Teto isn’t really suited for growl as much as it is the engine that makes the growl sound good on her. If she was properly on Vocaloid, it probably would not sound as good.
I really love the extra flourishes on the notes. It makes this cover so unique to others (especially great because there's a lot of freaking covers of this song)

Would I be wrong in saying you did the stutter part by actually having Miku “sing” each individual sound, rather than editing the audio post?
i’m glad you like them!!💞 also, you are correct!! i didn’t render the audio on its own - this is straight out of the daw (as piapro is a vst, i can mix while tuning at the same time)
i created the stutters using dynamics and sil! 😊😊

- I love a lot of the alterations you made in pitches and notes, don't be afraid to put in more imo
- The rough growls in her voice? So tasty. I don't know anything about the Vocaloid software, but I think it's called vocal fry? (sorry if not) but god chef kiss
- 3:00 popped off so much?!?! Like dayum! I love how strong and emotional she sounds, you give her such tone.
- If I were to give any sort of critique, I would say the "nananana" parts, I think I would of preferred the original, the dip back lower threw me off a bit (But honestly it still really cool, and creative. This is more of a personal thought if anything ;v; I don't mean anything bad by it)
- But the #1 thing I look for in Hibana covers is the English part. And damn. You nailed it. It sounded great "-get the ace, you'll paint your face with tears-" a lot of covers I hear this part is very hard to sound clear. But dayum her pronunciation was great! The change you did to "Feel the same" part, that I loved. It gave me chills~
All around 10/10 cover, with so much personal flair you def owned it, even knowing the other V4x cover (not saying theirs is bad) I like the deeper pitch of yours so much~!
