Recipe and ingredients:
Boil 3 carrots
6 eggs
Cut 300 g mushrooms
Melt 30 g butter in a pan
Fry the mushrooms while stirring for 3-4 minutes
30 ml soy sauce
Fry for another 2-3 minutes
Cut carrots into cubes
Cut eggs into cubes
Add cooled mushrooms
1 red pepper, diced
90g mayonnaise
90 g sour cream
salt pepper
Mix
200 g canned corn
200 g canned peas
Serve the salad with sauce
Mix well

Super lecker & kommt gleich auf die Liste.
Die Möhren werde ich mir allerdings erst würfeln und dann nur kurz köcheln.
So geht die Oberflächenspannung weg und beim Kauen "quietschen" sie noch so schön gesund.
Beim ersten Salat kommt mir der Gedanke, daß sich die ein oder andere Sardelle recht gut drin machen würde.
Dafür weniger Salz.

Хорошие рецепты 2х салатов. Но, обманывать не хорошо, майонез который был сделан в баночке ( не густой и светлый ) не использовался в салат как было показано, на видео (густой и желтоватый) отчётливо все видно ...

Первый салат обязательно попробую. Попробуйте сделать классический маникюр с аккуратно обработанными недлинными ногтями, покрытыми лаком (а можно и без лака). И никаких накладок. Поверьте, так будет лучше смотреться. Ведь Вы же повар, а не модель. Попробуйте нарезать яйца узким ножом. Сначала разрезаете яйцо вдоль пополам. Кладете половинки желтком вниз, делаете необходимое количество разрезов горизонтально, затем вертикально, потом на кубики. И еще. Мне показалось, что поверхность желтков яиц темная. Это значит, что Вы варите яйца слишком долго. Это очень неполезно. Максимум-10 минут. А лучше меньше. Второй сала меня несколько насторожил обилием запахов: яйца, сыр, жареные грибы, кукуруза, гуава, молоко, чеснок. Может, конечно, попробую. Только без гуавы. 😁 Надеюсь, что я Вас ничем не обидел.
