Try another server in the VPN. If you launch The game and appear The "City" that means the server is offline. So try another. Also bluestacks has image Translator, Just press CTRL + L

if you have any iphone you can download if off the jp apple store with an japanese apple account or if your on andriod you can download it off qooapp (its like the google playstore for jp games)
