This is helping me so much. My childhood was horrendous not trafficked but sexually and physically abused by my father. I was the oldest of 6 and the only one that made it out without addiction and major psychological problems. I have never understood why I choose this path. Never knew if it was a punishment for past lives or what. I have gotten to the point of forgiving and to be grateful for that past. It is part of what made me who I am. I am buying this book. The lessons have been many and I am still learning.

OMG, every hairy on my body stood to attention with in the first 5 mins. My brain was going nuts, "this cant be true" my brain was saying, this kind of darkness seemed impossible for me to compute. I remember first reading about things like this some 20 plus years ago with books written by David Icke. Incredibly disturbing information that made me sick to my stomach. Felt obligated to read such material, disturbing as it might be so I could better understand some of the goings on in the world. insanity at its worst. The power and strength of spirit within those whom have survived such atrocities is amazing. My heart goes out to all.
In 1981, I was in Phoenix, Az, I witnessed a quantum leap in human consciousness over night. I witnessed a dramatic change, to the positive, in the attitude and demeanor of everyone, not just a few "enlightened" individuals. What an exciting experience.
I didn't think I'd be able to watch this but something pulled me to (I think it's because it's on this channel so I trusted it). I'm amazed at wisdom and sense of humor she has. She was able to deliver a tough message in such a receivable way for even sensitive people. It makes me want to live my life in anyway that always helps the collective move forward. God has asked us to forgive. I said the “Our Father” for 68 years and never truly listened to His voice about this and a huge burden of repeated trauma and rape has been removed from my heart. Consciousness has changed my life. However, I for some reason I have never included myself in this forgiveness. I have a lot of faith that I can.

Wonderful interview but I’ve got to say, 20 years ago there were lots of yoga studios in the US. I worked at two of them, and they were a lot less toxic than most I could visit today. Also, I was studying chakras in 1982. This isn’t new to everyone.

OMG, every hairy on my body stood to attention with in the first 5 mins. My brain was going nuts, "this cant be true" my brain was saying, this kind of darkness seemed impossible for me to compute. My heart was going out to her, my gut said stay and listen, my entirety knows this soul is speaking her truth. I honestly think she is going to help many many people in this lifetime. Thank you Alex for your bravery, strength and compassion, you brought Kaia to us in the most beautiful light possible. Thank you. There are so many different obstacles that I face as a single mom. Some days I want to give up. God give me strength. I’m struggling to make ends meet. Both of my sons are special needs and require much from me. I keep faith because I know that God will provide. I remember first reading about things like this some 20 plus years ago with books written by David Icke. Incredibly disturbing information that made me sick to my stomach. Felt obligated to read such material, disturbing as it might be so I could better understand some of the goings on in the world. insanity at its worst. The power and strength of spirit within those whom have survived such atrocities is amazing. My heart goes out to all.
In 1981, I was in Phoenix, Az, I witnessed a quantum leap in human consciousness over night. I witnessed a dramatic change, to the positive, in the attitude and demeanor of everyone, not just a few "enlightened" individuals. What an exciting experience.

I didn't think I'd be able to watch this but something pulled me to (I think it's because it's on this channel so I trusted it). I'm amazed at wisdom and sense of humor she has. God has asked us to forgive. I said the “Our Father” for 68 years and never truly listened to His voice about this and a huge burden of repeated trauma and rape has been removed from my heart. Consciousness has changed my life. However, I for some reason I have never included myself in this forgiveness. I have a lot of faith that I can.
Forgiving others is the first step in being able to forgive ourselves 💖(in my opinion) Love and light to you 💖

As someone who experienced SA, I struggled when I 1st heard we chose the mission, I was disgusted, but dove in the darkness and had major breakthroughs. Wonderful interview but I’ve got to say, 20 years ago there were lots of yoga studios in the US. I worked at two of them, and they were a lot less toxic than most I could visit today. Also, I was studying chakras in 1982. This isn’t new to everyone.
