The rules can be complicated and are different depending on what country you are in. Off grid is different and I don’t know much about it. I assume you have to comply with planning regulations. This is probably country specific too. I recommend reading Andy Reynolds solar book. I have posted a video about it. Thanks
Hi Andy the parallel setting is there. But I think that is for other models with two inputs. I suspect that they use the same software across many models. Any idea if disabling the ground and I protect functions is a good idea?
@@bootsowen Owen, if it were me I'd say mount then isolated from ground and each other and you will be fine, as a precaution put a 3 amp fuse in the plug. It will be grand but an extra panel would be better. I see you have the bug, there no such thing as too many, cheers
I hope you are ok 😃

Do I need any approval to build an off grid solar panel in the UK!
Since electricity rises up I'm interested to!
Have a great week!

Owen, Interesting, 80v start is useful, did I see a parallel connection setting? Cheers

Are you using battery inverter with frequency shift capabilities to control that grid tie solis?
Hi I am using the inverter shown. Thanks
