Sir, pls reply 🙏 I wake up at around 9 am and i dont waste much time, still by 5 pm I'm only able to study for like 3 hours. Idk baaki time kaha chala jaata hai. Small breaks, eating, taking a small nap, making coffee, idk. Somehow my output remains very low. Any tips on how to increase sitting hours, given that you said 7 am to 5 pm slot for pre/mains. P.S. i have a very sharp brain so im able to read and learn very fast, but that comes at the cost of my brain frying very quickly and My net hours for a day remain 4-5 only.
