Now that my river boat maybe a jet leg for the shallower rivers short leg prop for deeper ones very versatile always liked boats of that basic design.
The basic design idea has been around for a long time .these look like a well thought out unit .wish i could afford one.almost perfect for a day boat in powell river salt and lake same day big trout by the way

Yeah that is the Clackamas County Water Rescue Consortium made up of Sheriff and Fire Departments in the county that train weekly throughout the year…great video boyzzz!!!!

I watched those guys train at one of the bigger parks on that river (pretty sure I know where you are) and they were taking turns jumping into a super nasty boily rapid over and over again. I was fly fishing for trout but spent more time watching them than I did fishing it was cool

$26k+ great boat though. I run that same river year round and troll in the Columbia and bounce eggs at OC falls. It really is the most versatile boat on the market.

That is my home river it holds a very special place in my life. I landed my 1st steelhead about 200 yards down river for the 1st spot when I was 8 years old, and my oldest son got his 1st steelhead on that river as well.

Do you guys think you can tell people about not killing the native sucker fish. I’m pretty tired of seeing people stomping on them, and tossing them bank. The people I’ve talked to that are always doing this are telling me that they are the problem for salmon and steelhead eggs. from what I’ve read it’s not true and it’s illegal to kill fish and toss them back
No one catches steelhead on the clack anymore. That river aint worth shit but for coho. If these guys get skunked, you know it ain't worth a fuck
