Plz clarify, if not annoyed-
1) what is found there in autopsy report, amongst mode and manner ???
2) is not stating manner of death ethical for convenient rendering of justice ???
3) does Vit B injection, etc. cause death ??? Blah blah ...

1. Autopsy report includes - expected time of death, mode of death, manner of death, cause of death.
2. I don't think it's ethical if manner of death is not there then the autopsy report is not complete or the autopsy is not conducted well.
3. No vit B injection dose not cause death. But it depends on the circumstances if the particular person have heath issues or the injection is not applied properly any allergic reaction or something.
