Hey man, I really love your content. It's laid back, different and really like the bird. I've actually changed my opening repertoire to Bird, Dutch and Alekhine defence and love that it immediately gets people out of their comfort zone. That said, I think your channel could use a bit of an upgrade in order to grow (I have a background in online marketing) The most important thing for a channel is for people to click in the first place. Therefore your thumbnails are crucial and I think they could use some work to become more attractive. Doesn't have to be complicated, but just a bit more polished (look at remote chess academy or chess vibes for example). Also while I love the bird I dismissed it at first, but it grew on me after watching a few videos. Some people are not that patient. I understand you want to keep it niche and be the leading authority in this opening, but you could alternate more between the speedrun and purely instructive videos or puzzles to reel people in. I think that would go a long way That's my feedback for the day. Keep it up, you're doing great and the potential is definately there. Cheers
Maybe have some sub goals in your plan that might allow you to feel progress. like introducing 10 percent increments of important goals that give you a mini goal motivator and perhaps pstchological boost of progress rather than thinking oh im still only 35 percent into this plan you become foocused on reaching 40 percent then next 10 percent.
