Love the whole concept. The winch, air and dometic cooler are really nice additions to a ecodiesel. Oh wait, it comes with a 2.5” leveling kit too so I can fit 35” tires? Yes! Sold! You had me at 900 mile range ❤️

The Rebel is outfitted a lot like a Tacoma that Toyota was moving from show to show earlier in the year. A great showcase for what $10k - $11k in accessories can do for a truck.... The J6 is a great concept and would bring in a lot of younger buyers into or back into the brand...sort of like a new TJ but better. Great vid guys, thanks for the preview from the show. :-)

That range is insane!!! I thought I was badass because my 2019 raptor supercrew (larger tank than the 2 door) can go 600 miles on one fully tank with 91 fuel. Lol.
So is this a concept that Dodge is thinking of mass producing? This is very close to how I planned on building my 2020 ecodiesel. Once they hit dealerships that is. Still no release date on the eco? My local dealership has no clue when they're coming in. I also wish they made a Rebel w a bench seat up front

The only thing I would be concerned with is theft with the open side concept. I tend to like the go fast campers instead of the tubular frames with the tent tops.
They should meet the 2 door and make that rebel model

The trucks are beautiful but just bought one with 33 tank - gas mileage is not even close to 29 mph. 13-15 is normal

The J6 is actually built upon a modified JL Wrangler Rubicon, Jeep created a custom two-door body and fitted a six-foot bed, which is a full 12 inches longer than that of the standard Gladiator. Overall length is 201.0 inches, over a foot shorter than the 218.1-inch Gladiator, while the J6's wheelbase matches that of the four-door JL Wrangler at 118.4 inches.

Watched your videos for a couple of years now, finally purchased my truck. I now would like to see more videos about truck upgrades, like this Ram Rebel Concept.
I would want a 2 door Gladiator for sure, but I’d want an extended cab with a little more room.

I follow you guys and know you’re not overlanders, but it seems like you tried hard to make fun of this awesome truck that has roughly everything any overlander has asked for in a rig +/-. It’s a great build. Maybe not to your liking or experience level, but maybe Tommy should have done this rig tour. Hoping Ram builds this instead of the TRX.

A great episode would be how all these new "ECO" diesel perform and START in the winter. I don't mean a Colorado winter but a Minnesota winter. Out ice fishing, the temps easily get down to -20 for multiple days if not a week or so. I got a lot of friends that wont go diesel because of that.

That is a HOT ASS REBEL!! I am not into Overlanding but I do love off roading and the Diesel option would be an excellent choice for either I take mine without the Kitchen and tent stuff!
What’s the point of showing vehicles that are concepts that won’t be built for the public?
The point of SEMA is to show the specialty equipment that can be added to stock vehicles, not to show production vehicles.

The best off grid lithium emergency batteries will give you 2-6 hours A/C runtime with a solar charger backup on a RV ac. There really needs to be better power options for off grid A/C

@@kidamere2408 My '71 Dodge will hauls motorcycles, a cord of firewood, dump runs, etc. The bed was so good, I had it Rhino Lined two years ago.
