I don’t think the FEDs mandate is job creation. There mandate is to foster economic conditions to achieve stable prices and maximum sustainable employment. Could be confusing for some if not explained this way

Fed watch tool is nearly useless by itself. I doubt rates are going to be cut due to the economic data being so well. Why cut and possibly reignite inflation?
