We have all seen Bob Ross, bless his soul. However, his medium was oil and I assumed it was acrylic. Refreshing to witness Clive giving acrylic tuition in 2019.....Simple things like water-based pallet to keep mediums fluid. I have learned so much, thank you Clive...............

Bob painted in oils I learned alot from him as then I also used oils before I got dermititis from them so went over to acrylic where experimented with techniques to emulate his style

Clive, thank you so much for sharing your talent. You make it look so easy when you paint. I usually paint in oils. I am now trying acrylics, and find it frustrating that the paint dries so fast. I won't give up yet.👍 I enjoy watching you and listening to your stories and humor. Thank you again from America. Stay safe.🙏🤗

Nice Clive...I like that your leaning towards paintings that aren't those DIY ones. .it's madness...using characters like Disney and such that are copy righted...channels using 8-10brushes for one painting...and long handles...when a long handel brush is used for standing at the easel and allows the painter to be further back to see...also..channels using every tubed color for one painting...then the painter with a long handel brush holds it way down on or close to the ferrule...I wonder if some of the channels even know how to mix colors...if they don't know about brushes...guess not...I can't believe all the brushes they use for one painting...and have every size of the same kind...beginners need to learn color mixing using the true primaries...and composition..rule of thirds etc. Not these DYI paintings that have no value plans...no composition..no color mixing...just using colors from tube...I feel bad for all those who r excited and will.spend hundreds on brushes alone...when real working artists use 2-3 brushes on large paintings...anyway..very nice Clive...

    Very nice videos. Thanks
I've a question: The use of your different mediums are a little bit confuse in my head. I don't see the difference between your acrylic liquid clear and a blending medium. Both can paint wet on wet, true ? What's the difference please ? can we mix them, and why ?

having a problem with paint not painting! won'[t move across canvas as yours does. as I live in the usa I think it would be too expensive because of shipping cost to get your glazing mix. made your gesso and put in twice the amount of glue, could that be the problem? I added more water but dont' know what to do, start over? I love your lessons and your accent! sheila

Use flow improver to help...make sure the canvas has been gessoed... why use more glue? It could make the surface have problems
