Not really, haha. I voice my own stuff and I have mutuals who also voice stuff mostly as a hobby (my main VA buddy helped me voice this video!) If I need to outsource further than myself or my VA buddies I hold auditions over on CastingCallClub! And the minimum age I am probably going to work with is 15. But I overall prefer to work with people closer to my age (which means adults), haha.
You'll need to make an account on CastingCall, and I suggest doing lots of research on voice acting! Not to mention practice!! And when I do hold auditions, I make announcement posts on my social media (which includes my community page on my channel!)
I make announcements on both! And yep, Casting Call Club is the name of the site! I unfortunately don't have any plans for holding auditions currently; but if I do I will make sure to make it well known that I am.
RUclips seems to have eaten your last reply but, you need to have a role in my server or it automatically kicks you out. So you need to go read the rules and tap the reactions (sending this here in case my message didn't get though, I can't message/receive messages from those I don't share a server with.)
