Great review of a busy year, Joe! I hope the health stuff turns out ok and you're back to full form asap. Looking forward to the Kenya trip. Sounds great. Earlier this year I read 'Running With the Kenyans' by Adharanand Finn. Fascinating, quick read about the running scene in/around Iten. Well worth reading if you haven't already. All the best for a great start to 2024!
