Sure Boy are a Wellington indie pop four peice who cite artists such as The Beths and Ladyhawke as influences, but also wouldn't sound out of place on a Dazed and Confused soundtrack. In other words, hints of late 70's roller-skate glam and glitter rock - think the Runaways, Joan Jett and cool stuff like that. Sure Boy are central to the local Wellington music scene, preforming regularly around the city, as well as notably performing at Rhythm and Vines and notably opening for the aforementioned Beths.
