You are mixing up the brothers. Jason is always there for Sonny and Carly's family first. His come second or none at all. Drew will try to be there for everyone who needs him, at the expense of himself, but his family first.
I think after Oscar dies, Kim and Drew will sleep together in a moment of mourning and weakness. I think Kim will end up pregnant and she won't know if her baby is Drew or Julian's. Kim slept with Sam's father and ex-husband. Always leverage there if necessary.
