Isaac is lookin good, lost some weight but I hope he's lifting weights too. Losing fat by cutting back on the amount of food you eat will make you lose muscle mass. So I hope he's eating healthy and working out too. I went from 275 pounds to 178 pounds in my early 20s and lost muscle because I didn't work out
Isaac, I don't know if anyone remembers this, but you said you would start losing weight a few months ago. AND YOU LOOK AMAZING! I'm so proud of you for doing this and never lose motivation! There's nothing you can't accomplish!
