Filipino Menudo is a dish served over rice. It's not like Mexican menudo. I'm half Pinoy/filipino and much prefer Mexican menudo ANY DAY of the week. There's a place here in Jacksonville that serves it with tendon and let me tell you it is 😋😋😋🤣

I live in Orlando Florida, but I have all of my family in Fresno. I went to visit my family last July, and one of my twin sisters made Menudo. It was the most disgusting stuff I had ever eaten! It was not the Menudo, it was my sister making it. Weeks later, I called my brother, and I told him about it, he confessed that my sister had given him some to take home. He told me that when he got home he threw it away! We love our sister, and she's a great cook, but the Menudo she needs to stay away from. Lol! I love Menudo, Pozole, Mole, caldo de rez, caldo de pollo, etc. This Menudo from El Sobrino still has my mouth watering. What would make it even better is homemade tortillas! 🙂
The store Vallarta has some good ass menudo and pozole. Take home on Friday and heat it up Sat and Sunday mornings. Bomb bay all day every day. Pick up some radishes for the pozole and it's on. 😊😊😊
