MonoTree is the production company that writes a lot of the Loona songs, including Girl Front. They used to be producers at Sweetune. These guys are some of the best songwriters in K-Pop right now, and when I look at their body of work, I see that they wrote some of my all-time favorite songs in K-Pop.

LOONATIC is such a catchy tune. Love how the vocals are blended to the music. Also, I don't really like effects on vocals usually, but it fits so well in this song! The bridge is soooo good.

yeah, but i dont think shes gonna be a main vocalist. shes probably gonna be a lead vocalist in the whole group. her voice is very light and she uses a lot of falsetto instead of head voice or mixing it. and her tone is very pretty but not that unique or distinguishable. most main vocalists are the most versatile, have the most "unique" tone, and are capable or confident in belting. probably first or second lead vocalist in the whole group, but main vocalist in OEC.

I do agree that you need to listen to their songs, twice or thrice to appreciate the song and you will eventually hooked. That's what happened with me in Singing in the Rain, new and LCM. I love Chaotic in the album (it's supposed to be sung by 8x8x8x, loona's brother group that will debut on august) but they wanted to showcase oec's voice technics and shiz so they included it in the album. You make me cry whenever you react to them. I'm so proud with our girls.
for odd front, what they did was mashup the intro song "odd" with girl front. the synth at the beginning of odd front is taken directly from odd, as are the oooh's in the beginning. you'd have to go to mix & match to listen to odd, but it's totally worthwhile to see how odd & odd front line up. it's really cool.
I feel Loona is more sophisticated than groups like Twice/A-pink/G-friend/Pristin etc.............which leave less to the imagination and simply sound repetitive and monotone
I agree that Loona is different (in an interesting way), and I do appreciate their sophistication and music, but I'm not sure if I will end up stanning them 100%. I guess you just have to weigh in personal preference in the long run, but there's no telling where Loona (and the other girl groups) might go in the future.
I think BBC will release all of their solos track together repackaged (Greatest hits) plus bonus title track(s) or and a mini album. And then they go away for couple months and then one the subunits will release a mini album. Loona will probably do another mini album then another sub-unit will come out with mini album, so on and so forth

Good video, I also became a spazz while hearing this album for the first time and this album is what they called a repackage album, that is the same as the previous one (Mix&Match) with a couple of two new songs plus the remix; which is a fusion of last album intro with Girl Front. So yeah, this is the better album to get as it has more songs. For me there are other kpop groups I listen to but what Loona has been doing is so unique and I got drawn to them with Let Me In by Haseul as it felt so different to the regular stuff and they just keep releasing new members every month and trying different music styles, so it's a very exciting group to follow. So it's nice to see you paying attention to them as their company is new and I would also like to more people to listen to them and appreciate all the production value and effort they're putting in making this songs and filming this gorgeous music videos. Lastly my favorite tracks would be Starlight and Chaotic.

Remaking the instrumentals of the songs is fun but trust me it makes you get really tired of the song lol. I can't even listen to BIGBANG- FXCK IT and other BTS songs.
