In case you're wondering, while easily fixable in the creation, the stupid engine stalling is a *feature of Novgorod itself* and removing it would be historically inaccurate.
flaps have few "steps", takeoff flaps is the first or second step down, depending on the plane and landing flaps is step 4 or 2, also depending on the plane
