There’s so much more info in demonstrating the actual musicality of a music gizmo to a potential buyer than sitting there talking and retreading well trodden ground of stating the function of knobs we’ve already known for years. Also, rad socks.
You're spoiling us with such a good jams, Jeremy! Honestly, one of the greater ways to represent capabilities of the device is just to use it in a live situations like that. Bravo! UPD fuuuuck these pad breaks are something
clearly a device that is not for me and that is ok. Just here to appreciate the work that was put in for who this device is for. cats that know what they are doing and can play. It's times like this, I revert back to being a consumer and enjoying the vibes. Thank you.
@@Space_pulse yeah the extra filter in the original was my big sticking point too. Someone else I watch recently managed to make it interesting to me as an extra texture, just subtly applied in parallel with the ladder filter. On its own it’s definitely an acquired taste.
I'm writing this comment like 20 minutes in because I'm already loving this performance! It's so nice and synthy, dreamy, spacey, and (to me) calming. I definitely like this format of showcasing new tech/hardware and it helps to present your strength as a musician and composer of sick jams, while also proving mastery over a new tool! The relatively clean visuals made it feel more like a standalone performance, which I enjoyed on its own, however I do think you could add more notes as an overlay to pinpoint certain features or techniques that are unique to the hardware you are showcasing. Thanks for the vid!
This is exactly what I was hoping to see more of with the release of this synth. Just people having fun with it, making some incredible music and truly displaying the power of the polybrute 12 for all to see, instead of talking about it.
This is absolutely excellent Jeremy. There's no better way to "review" a synth than to demonstrate its use in context. You made some great tunes here too. It's really confirmed what I already knew: that I absolutely want one of these!!
That was so beautiful - thank you Jeremy! One day in the distant future I can dream of a Polybrute, but for now - what a beautiful concert. You, and a scented candle, kept me company while I had to work late this evening. Lovely stuff indeed.
That was really nice, thank you! I know this is your work, but i really hope you enjoy this just as we are. It feels really like you are "just playing" (as in enjoying yourself).
Loopop’s video was short and concise for whatever it’s worth; I think he’s reached ‘the pinnacle’ point of his presentation prowess and probably going to be in the history books as one of the greatest if not most innovative presenters in VIDEO history but that said, I like 👍 YOUR take and approach, so GO for it Man 👨 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Love your stuff, man. What a great thing to have running while I'm working. Your channel is definitely an extra-musical "music channel", if that makes any sense... :D
Those are some killer jams (3C8, 4E7 and 6A5 are the driving beats my brain requires) but you gotta be careful.. your legendary sock game upstaged the whole show.
Whoa! These are some JAMS :) Is the Syntakt doing the most of the sequencing for this? Im already a PolyBrute12 fan, but listing to this its opened my eyes to the utility of the Syntakt also. .
This guy just putting a whole album out to demo the Polybrute 12. Some bangers in here, Jeremy!
I´ve listened to whole albums where not one song was close to these bangers, its crazy!
An hour of music in a synth review? Refreshing, uplifting and really enjoyable, thank you Jeremy!
I’m not at all interested in a Polybtute. I’m always interested in a 50 minute set from you!
💯

This comment clearly deserves a thousand likes. 🎯
You have a way of touching all the right chords. Even our hearts...
That Amiga logo on your T-Shirt! I grew up listening to Amiga MOD music
You're spoiling us with such a good jams, Jeremy!

I wish youtube was more open to this kinda content because holy shit this was awesome
All killer, no filler

I love just about everything about it, but never vibed with the filter. Jeremy makes it sound great, though.

You bless us with vibes, papa j.

@@RedMeansRecording always lovely to see some of my favorite folks in the comments
I love the simplicity of your setup here. No room for MIDI note fixes. Just is what it is 💜

Thanks for the vid!
Damn I had forgotten how good the Polybrute looks. Nice jams
They did a great job with that vintage Oberheim look
Jeremy the musical alchemist, awesome performance! 3F5 Seabed Keys could be a hit, get some lush female vocals on there and hey presto. Gorgeous
Now this is the best way to demo a new synth! Thank you for your ever expanding creativity!
You're a beast, 11/10. This is so good.
Danced around the house the whole time but the closing cool-down lap stirred me the most. Thanks
The neo plunk song is amazing! Love the whole show 🎉

Finally a synth demonstration that shows the practical applications of its sounds. Bravo! 😃👏🏼👍🏽👌🏼🤙🏼

Fantastic piece of work Jeremy :) ... thanks for sharing
You're always amazing.
This is amazing! I love every song you did here!
Great demo of the new Polybrute, having the former one in Noir...and love the Amiga shirt :-)
Ridiculously awesome
Glad to see a set :) I really liked the 6A5 track in this, hah, it had me dancing as I was doing chores!
Wondrous, intricate and sonically soulful. Need this more than coffee this morning, thank you so much.
That was amazing 👍
Thank you for being the music for my Dark Souls gaming session! You had me playing recklessly and I thoroughly enjoyed it! Scritches to Best Doggo!
This is sooooo good, Thanks my friend!!!
This is just brilliant 💜
Awesome energy!Riffs, grooves, everything on point mate🔥🤘
I listened to this at work today and it was a blast to jam out to. Thanks for sharing!
Sounds good. Cheaper than a Jupiter-8. Seems like a winner. 😀
Edit: Damn, that was a good set!
massive sound! also thx for reminding me the DT 700 pro X doesn''t just sounds good, it looks amazing too on the wearer !
My gosh... What a synth! And what a performer!
That was really nice, thank you! I know this is your work, but i really hope you enjoy this just as we are. It feels really like you are "just playing" (as in enjoying yourself).
awesome set, great showcase for the new Polybrute12..best promo for the synth I've seen today and I've seen them all
Insanely cool concert. I was not expecting so many bangers.
Every-time I see this awesome synth I think someone's left their mobile phone on it! Great music and fantastic video, thanks for sharing!
Very nicely done.
Oh man, these were hot. Good work. Putting all the other debut videos of this synth to shame.
great music, best kind of demo
WTF are you doing!!! This is gr8 and wonderful!!! Thanks so much!

Nice performance!.....really musical
Your musical output is nuts. You basically put out an EP just to demo a synth and it's all quality jams.
You sure know your way around synths, thank you for sharing your music.
Made my day! That was a great set! Thanks for your hard work. It was truly worth it.
ooowee that was so on point!!
can't wait to get mine! thanks for music listened till the last moment :-)
Wonderful performance. I wish more "synth reviews" could showcase how the synth performs musically in a song context.
That was fantastic Jeremy. There's a couple of tracks I'd definitely play out.
that PPG 4.0 Preset is really something special ain't it? one of my favs on the 6 voice
Subtle Resonance ♥️♥️
Will it come to Spotify?
Hell yeah!
love me some RMR, thanks for delivering the vibes
Love your stuff, man. What a great thing to have running while I'm working. Your channel is definitely an extra-musical "music channel", if that makes any sense... :D
Excellent! Hoping to see the Tracks on your Patreon Page soon 🥰
Last track reminds me an Australian project Boy Is Fiction.
Unsurprisingly amazing
I’d love to throw some money at this if it ever ends up on Bandcamp. Great demo, even better music! Thanks!
Good one man!
AWWRROROROROOOO beautiful!!! thank you so much for sharing this, Jeremy! ^,..,^
29:25 Jeremy, what the hell you doing with my soul? Mb release based on "pad break"? Its incredible. Masterpiece
You should release this properly. It's beautiful.
Exactly what I needed tonight. Thanks!
This is epic! 💪 sometimes I hear some Depeche mode like sounds! Very nice!

Splendid, absolutely splendid! Are you sending some chords from the Syntakt over to the Polybrute?

Great music and performance! Love the t shirt 😊
Leonar keys , what a vibe🎉
Really, really need a full feature version of 31:34 4D8 Late Night Drive. Listened to it at least 50 times already!
This and the Clipping/Syntakt video are blowing my mind. When are you touring?
🦋
I like that the close captions said this is Red beans recording!
Nice beats! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Beautiful!
Fantastic! Great music.

Me in 1 year: makes 1 song and doesn't like it.
Jeremy just testing new gear: Makes a whole album with bangers with awesome pad breaks.
Really enjoyable set. Really nice synth, too.
OMG, really good songs! Do more this.
17:50 is the best moment of this entire jam.
Damn, that was awesome.
Those are some killer jams (3C8, 4E7 and 6A5 are the driving beats my brain requires) but you gotta be careful.. your legendary sock game upstaged the whole show.
thanks for this fantastic piece / demo!! :)

So good. Was there by chance a video that broke down how you put it all together? Were you sequencing the PB12 using the Syntakt?
Legend!!
